SHIPPING POLICY

At Blue Lotus Tea Shoppe, we take great care in packaging and shipping your order so it arrives fresh and ready to brew. PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. SHIPPING CARRIER We ship all orders via USPS. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped. SHIPPING TIMES ONCE shipped, standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons and holidays. SHIPPING COSTS Shipping cost are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES Once your package has been handed to USPS, Blue Lotus Tea Shoppe is not responsible for delays or lost packages. However, if you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us at info@bluelotusteashoppe.com and we will do our best to help resolve the situation. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Blue Lotus Tea Shoppe is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

Thank you for your purchase form Blue Lotus Tea Shoppe. Because we sell food and beverage products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any tea products, loose leaf teas, teabags, or gift items. RECEIVED A WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM? We want to make it right. If you received the wrong item, or if your order arrived damaged, please do not send it back. Instead, contact us directly at info@bluelotueteashoppe.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include: Your order number - A brief description of your issue - A photo of the item if it arrived damaged. We will review your message and work with you to find the best resolution. PLEASE NOTE - Do not return items without contacting us first - unannounced returns will not be accepted - We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrectly entered shipping address - Gift cards are non-refundable.
