RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Blue Lotus Tea Shoppe aims to provide our customers with high-quality tea and tea accessories that meet their expectations. We have a 14-day exchange or refund policy on all tea ware and tea accessories purchased from us, provided that the items are in their original condition. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we want to make the return process as smooth as possible.
We cannot refund or exchange loose-leaf tea or custom gift baskets. Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will work with you to determine the best course of action to resolve the issue.
Please note that custom gifts and personalized items are non-returnable, and we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
